How can I better my leg fitness?

I play DDR competitively. Two of my weakest areas are speed and stamina.



Top players in the world hit up to 16 arrows per second. I can only hit up to 14.

The top players in the world have significantly better stamina than I do.



I'm looking for things that would help me feel more agile, and would help me sustain these speeds for long periods of time. I'm looking to increase my speed and stamina.
