Do you need a kinesiology degree in order to be a personal fitness trainer?

this is something that i really want to do. i am going to major in kenesiology so that i can be a fitness trainer.Do you need a kinesiology degree in order to be a personal fitness trainer?It is not required that you have a degree in anything to be a fitness trainer, but you do have to undergo certification.



To be a good/great trainer, I think going the route you are (getting your degree in kinesiology) will only boost your career and make you more profitable and promotable. It will increase your knowledge of the human body and proper functions.
