How do you feel about your overall fitness?

Please give me a good explanation about 5 sentences about how you feel about your overall fitness? :)How do you feel about your overall fitness?I feel that I am in great shape. For the past year and a half, I've had 90 minutes of exercise a day and have gotten my mile time down to 5:45 for a 15 year old girl. I can run for nearly 15 miles without stopping. And, I can press 30 pounds. All of this is training for my competitive soccer team.How do you feel about your overall fitness?hmm. fitness? well, i like my body for the most part, its pretty good. but my actual fitness? its not very good, im pretty out of shape. i dont mean that im overweight or anythign like that, but yknow, i dont excercise very much. im flexible, but my stamina and strength are pretty low. i just got a gym membership at my local ymca though, and plan on going for arouond 2 hours a day after school w my bff. so all this is going to change! im really into fitness, its just that before this membership i didnt really have the means to get fit. now i can! for 17 bucks a mo, woohoo!How do you feel about your overall fitness?Well it's kinda weird because I'm really skinny but not fit at all really. I have bad stamina and I get stitches after a short while of running or exercise, and my lungs hurt, but it's not because I'm fat or anything so I'd say my overall fitness is ok but not very good.How do you feel about your overall fitness?
My fitness exercise consist of swimming and jogging, I swim once every week and jog three times a week. In my case that's enough because I don't eat much.
