Fitness routine easily done at home to lose weight?

I want to get a flatter stomach, thinner waist, and a thinner face, as well as tone up my arms and legs. Are there any fitness regime/routine that can easily be done at home? For example, 40 min of jogging on the stop, then 30 crunches or something like that?

I have a stationary bike, but I don't have any other fitness equipment.

I'd do 20 straight minutes cardio (bike or jogging)

Follow with 40 push-ups total sum (on your knees if too hard)

60 ab crunches

Finich with 20 more minutes of cardio



Stay on that routine daily for 3 weeks at least, then up it to 30, 60, 100, 25 respectively. Later do other types of excercises using dumbells



Eat healthy and never till you are stuffed. Low fats, low carbs, low sugars.

Between meals snack twice a day things like granola bars, jello, carrots, yogurt. This means you eat 5 times a day. Never miss a meal. It won't be fast, but you'll not bounce back.
