How medical fitness test is performed?

hi i want to take admission in some university. but according to term first they will test medical fitness. so i want to know from you guys that how the test is performed?? and what qualities a person must have inorder to be called he/she is medically fit for admission?How medical fitness test is performed?No communicable diseases like TB.
