How can i improve my fitness for a competition tomorrow?

Basically i got this competition with my class tomorrow and i want to impress the girlz. We are only doin 2 of them tomorrow and its the bleep test and the bench press.

but if i were you, eat something like pasta to give you long lasting energy, then in the morning have some porridge (bodybuilder's secret)



before you go to bed that night try and also do sets of press ups and a few minutes of shadow boxing (boxing moves whilst weaving and ducking etc.)

drinks! water and maybe energy drinks- although dont over consume them! things like red bull etc and chocolate that gives you energy from sugar and puts you in a good mood so you'll be more determined! Not easily.

But eat pasta and protein tonight... and have a small coffee an hour before.. :) (or a redbull)
in one day no chance of improving its fitness dear not a glass of milk
