You can stand up and reach for the floor and go as far as you can until you can feel a burn in your legs.:)
Stretching is the only way. The more you stretch the more flexible you are but the less you stretch the less flexible you are.What is a fitness exercise that I could do to improve my flexibility?
I would stretch every day before school. Toe touches, sit ups, etc.
Repeat this for a little bit and see what happens.
