Women: What would you want a diet/fitness site to have?

I am creating a diet and fitness site especially geared toward women in their late 20's- early 30's and on. I am wondering what are some main categories/topics/issues you would like to see on the site? Some specific categories are diet, exercise, body image, tips/tricks, celebrity diet and fitness... what else would you want? Suggestions are needed.. can be for category idea or sub-category idea.
