What to write in a Fitness presentation?

So, I'm doing this presentation for school on fitness, or the basics of fitness. I created a Table of Contents on the second slide (as required), but... what should I write about? What should go in my table of contents, and my slides? Nutrition? Weight loss? Starting a work out routine? Benefits of good posture?



Or all of those...? It needs to be only 15 slides, are those above good ideas? What would you write in your table of contents?What to write in a Fitness presentation?my table of contents would be like this:

-why fitness

-first things first

-How to get the weight you want?

-managing you

-feel free
