I have a 5 a side football tournament tomorrow and I'm pretty unfit. So I was wondering if anyone could give me a few tips on how to get my fitness up a little bit before hand.
I know obviously I won't acheive anywhere near full fitness in one day but I don't wanna get tired too easily and if I excersize too much today I could feel worse tomorrow due to muscle pain.I have a 5 a side football tournament tomorrow, any ways I can gain a little bit of fitness before then?Nope.. too late.I have a 5 a side football tournament tomorrow, any ways I can gain a little bit of fitness before then?

I'm not going to lie to you, you've left this a bit late. Don't exercise today, that will not help, it will probably make you tired and achy for tomorrow. Just leave it be, relax, believe in yourself and be determined to be good tomorrow, drink lots of energy drinks whilst your playing like Gatorade, Powerade or Luzocade. Have something like pasta for dinner tonight, its got carbohydrates in which will help a bit. Just enjoy yourself i'm sure you'll do fine. But at this stage, the day before, you may have left it a bit late to start going jogging. ;-)
