I dont know what the components of physical fitness are and when i research them every site says something different.Difference Between components of physical fitness and skill related fitness?Yeah, I'm great at skill sports but hate exercising. For example, the catcher on a baseball team needs more skills-related fitness (if he knows what he's doing, he will have to work less physically), but a swimmer would need more raw fitness (while technique is still important, if he's out of shape physically, he won't win).Difference Between components of physical fitness and skill related fitness?I think that examples of physical fitness are outlasting your competitors in a five mile race, beating the competition in a sprint, having a higher vertical leap than others, bench pressing the most weight, etc.
I think that examples of skill based fitness are throwing an effective head fake in basketball, doing things to deceive tacklers in football, batting .350 in baseball, bowling a 300 game, etc.
Physical fitness can be evident outside of a sporting competition. Skill-related fitness usually is difficult to measure unless it is tested against competition.
