What do you think about my weight and fitness?

Well i'm not really sure what my goal should be at this point for my fitness. I already am a competitive swimmer and work out on off days, but i was wondering. I'm 13, 5'7 and around 107 pounds. Should i try to gain, lose, or try to stay the same? What do you think about my weight and fitness? You are PERFECTLY fit, you shouldn't gain nor lose, you sound very healthy.

=]What do you think about my weight and fitness?
well for your height your supposed to be 135 pounds but i am only a year older than you and about the same height and i weigh just 3 pounds lighter so its doesn't really matter just make sure you don't get to skinny or to fat and you'll be fine right now your not to skinny but your getting close to it like me so just try not to loose any weight. What do you think about my weight and fitness? What do your family members look like? I would kind of go by that. If your a competitive swimmer right now, I would think you're o.k. In fact I might ask my coach. With out a pic it's tough to know what you should weigh, my guess is that you're alright at this point. That's the purpose of the family member thing. How tall, and how big bone, how are they put together, in most cases, that will tell you a lot.
gain

Most women in their 30's and 20's are 5'7.

Their weight is 130-150.

For your age and height you should probably be 115 to 120.

Your weight is nothing to be concerned about, do not lose any though, whats for you to decide is whether you should either gain or stay the same.

Both should be fine.

Hope I Helped! =]]

B.N.What do you think about my weight and fitness? If your a swimmer, the lighter in weight you are the better?... i would say. Your considered pretty slim. but for your age and height i would say your pretty good.

If you want to get jacked, on working out, then i would say eat more and lift weights.

good luck. What do you think about my weight and fitness?
You definitely do not need lose weight. Maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine is always good. So try maintaining your weight and stay healthy and you will be fine.
Being a competitive swimmer, you should stay the same.

Keep working out, and don't worry about it.

You probably look great.

I'm your height, and I'd give anything to be 107What do you think about my weight and fitness?
I think your thinner than a twig! I would stay the same. By your decription, you sound beautiful! Stay the same. I eat like a pig too.

Always strive to improve as a competitive swimmer. Until you have decided what your goals are, then you choose whether to gain or lose.
isn't that the normal weight for a teen? i knew a person who was 13 and and was 160 pounds now that is not fit
If anything your under weight, especially if you have a lot of muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat

search a teen health site on google.
dont worry about it your only 13 and thats a good weight. i was skinny and more then that when i was your age and girls sould wiegh more then boys.
Stay the same! You could probably even be a model. Ahahaha
