Does anyone have a good workout routine for Planet Fitness?
Can anyone suggest a good workout routine using the machines at Planet Fitness? I'm a woman, age 53, in pretty good health and physical condition. I'm interested in building stamina, losing a little weight and toning up. I want to spend about 30 to 40 minutes in the gym, probably three times a week.
