Can anyone tell me about the second interview for planet fitness?

I had a interview with planet fitness this week and the manager told me that he liked me and that he will call me next week for the second interview and i wanted to know what is a second interview? what is the few things that they talk to you about in a second interview? and does it sounds like he wants to hire me?
