I'm am well on my way to a healthy lifestyle though I would like some suggestions for testing my fitness level. I would appreciate some examples of what a physically fit person should be capable of doing. (running x distances etc.)How can I test my fitness level?Some tips for healthy lifestyle:
Drink plenty of aqua (water) it helps get rid of toxins :))
Exercise 30-40min a day 3-5x a week by doing cardio and some resistance training
What I do is I try to stay away from foods that are processed like chips, white bread, high sugar cereals, and HFCP (High fructose corn syrup)
Pick wheat over white
splurge once in a while, but dont go over board :))
And for fitness try to see if you can run up a hill without getting too outta breath
or you could see how many pushups you can do?
theres lots of stuff, just get out there and work youtr butt off!
