Do most women workout at least 3-4 times a week or is it just the fitness obsessed who do?

Say if someone works out 5 times a week, would she be fitness obsessed?Do most women workout at least 3-4 times a week or is it just the fitness obsessed who do?You can work out 7 times a week and not be "fitness" obsessed.



You figure, if most health and medical agencies agree that working out 3 times a week is a MINIMUM that one should workout, 5 days is not odd.



What makes someone "fitness obsessed" is when it spills into most aspects of your life. Even then, I wouldn't consider it odd.Do most women workout at least 3-4 times a week or is it just the fitness obsessed who do?I'm not sure what most women do, but I personally don't think I'm fitness-obsessed and work out every day! Usually the fitness obsessed workout way more than 3-4 times a week... that is why they are skinny. Fat people usually don't work out at all. That's why they're fat.
