i mean like when you attain the fitness level you want or maybe the body size you want, then could you stop training?
because like that i would have to keep training daily like how i normally do.Is it important to keep training so you can keep your fitness?Well, working out means dedication to health and fitness overall.
Keep it up for the other benefits that exercise brings. :)Is it important to keep training so you can keep your fitness?no you have to keep it tone,or hardened or you will fall back to a smaller level of strenght and you will have to work even harder to make it the size you had wanted.
