Every week increase the runs and other workoutsI have a RAF fitness test coming and need help?Do all these exercise 5 times a week:
Push ups -- till failure
Sit ups -- till failure
Jogging -- 1 mile at first, then work up to 2 miles.
Once you can run 2 miles, try to bring the time down and run it in 10-12 minutes. Then try running 1.5 miles at the same speed.
