I have a RAF fitness test coming and need help?

Im attempting a raf fitness course soon, i need to run 1.5 miles in 9.10 minutes, do 14 push and 25 sit ups. I am 16, 6 foot 1 and weigh roughly around 15 stone so im not the fastest and im starting to do weight training regularly, what would you advise to build muscle fast and to complete the run?I have a RAF fitness test coming and need help?Mon- Run 1 mile + set a watch for 1 min. and do as many push ups as you can + do 30 sec. plank hold

Tues-Speed Run 4x 400m sprints + 50 crunches

Wed-Run 1 mile + Plank hold + Push ups for 1 min

Thur-Speed Run 6x200m sprints + 50 side crunches

Friday-Run 1.5 mile + push ups for 1 min + plank hold

Sat-Speed Run 6x100m sprints ab workout

Sun-Rest

Every week increase the runs and other workoutsI have a RAF fitness test coming and need help?Do all these exercise 5 times a week:



Push ups -- till failure



Sit ups -- till failure



Jogging -- 1 mile at first, then work up to 2 miles.



Once you can run 2 miles, try to bring the time down and run it in 10-12 minutes. Then try running 1.5 miles at the same speed.
