I am VERY unfit at the moment, and I want to build up my fitness slowley, so I cant run of do anything to phyiscal because I feel like I am going to die, so whats the best way to do it?How do I build up my fitness?The key to starting an exercise routine is to make the changes slowly. You can't go from being sedentary to active overnight and hope to succeed. Start out by exercising 1-2 times per week and eventually moving up to 3-5 times per week. Only increase the amount of exercise you do per week when you feel ready.
Exercise routines also have to be well rounded to be successful. You need elements of flexibility, cardiovascular and strength training. You don't need to go to the gym to get a good workout, but having access to that type of equipment is a definite plus. Flexibility isn't very intensive and can be done on most if not all days of the week. It won't directly help you with your goals but it will lead to better performance - it will make exercising a lot easier.

Well start small, try eating healthy and taking a daily walk. While watching TV do a couple push ups or sit ups. Substitute Water for juice and take the stairs rather than elevator. Take 30 minute walks everyday. After about 2 weeks start jogging a little, then after 2 more weeks start jogging faster. Bring Water and your favorite fruit. It is better if you walk/jog in the sun because the more you walk/run the more you sweat, sweat=water=heavy. So since your sweating your losing water and water is pretty dense so that's probably the fastest way to lost weight and build your fitness up. And also cut back on the fatty foods, they tend to cause laziness. And the last thing is that when you are about to run do some stretches, you will notice yourself more flexible after a week and so you dont get a cramp.
