How can I improve my fitness?

I'm fifteen and have been going on a rowing machine for the last six months. I do half an hour 3-5 times a week and I eat a healthy diet and drink lots of water. But now I want to know how to take my fitness to the next level.How can I improve my fitness?Hi there.

I'm a personal trainer. Fitness programs differ for each person, it will depends on your goals and what you really want to achieve?
