Would smoking one cigarette a week make a change to my fitness?

If i smoked one cigarette a week would it make a big change to my fitness? I stopped now would there be a permanent decline in my fitness left over from the cigarettes I smoked?Would smoking one cigarette a week make a change to my fitness?Maybe not but one cigarette a week will quickly turn into a habit, it's how I started and then it was very hard to quit. Smoking is a pointless waste of health and money, most smokers wish they didn't. And no your body will be able to recover relatively quickly if you stop now.Would smoking one cigarette a week make a change to my fitness?Whatevs, You're still going to die.Would smoking one cigarette a week make a change to my fitness?haha no you wont. you would stay the same..

if u want to lose wait very fast then u should start smoking weed regularly and it dosnt do much harm either. smoking a cigarette would get u higher chances to get cancer and heart diseases while weed dosnt.

I lost more then 40KG weight in less then 6months. But be sure to drink plenty of water as it detoxifies your body and blood.
