Wanting to get my fitness back up but not loose weight?

Well I had spinal surgery 9months ago and wasn't allowed to run for 9months so my fitness pretty much went way down.



I now jog 3-4 times a week about 1-2km.



I don't want to loose weight though just want to get my fitness back up but I've been jogging for 3weeks now and lost 2kg! I rarely eat as well, but can anyone give me ideas to how to avoid loosing weight and just gain fitness.Wanting to get my fitness back up but not loose weight?Increase your protein intake, it will also do wonders for your skin and energy levels. But also make sure you still eat your carbs, like butter or something.Wanting to get my fitness back up but not loose weight?eat the right amount of calories to maintain your weight and jog . :)
