How do you go back to fitness?

I'm naturally slim and used to swim a fair bit. But issues at work and at home meant I had to give up as was having incredibly long days. But now that I have spent too much time at the office, sitting down, I feel like I have lost all stamina!



I was trying to do some press ups the other day and could nearly manage, and find that I have absolutely no strength and energy, I can barely run also



How do I go back to fitness gently?How do you go back to fitness?Start by eating right, you dont have to get into an intense all-fiber diet or anything like that, just make sure not to eat a lot of greasy food or even too much food. Start walking whenever possible, low-energy levels can be an effect of exercise deficiency. The more you move and the more often your heart rate is heightened, the more energy you will begin to have. Once you have enough energy to get through your day start going on short jogs. Eventually build up your running by adding another mile or two every week that you are running. Once your energy levels are back up, you can start whatever exercise routine you feel comfortable with.How do you go back to fitness?start off slow, work your way up
