What was the name of that fitness competition show?

It had all these outrageously fit and strong men and women that did these hard fitness challenges to win or something like that. It showed a little about each competitor and what they did. One of my old kick boxing instructors was on there and they filmed us one time. I want to see if I was ever on it. I think 2 of the names were Babette and Emily. I'm not sure though.
