like how can stress in our lives.. negative or positive affect us physicall and mentally.. especially in fitness?

For instance, if someone cuts in front of you while you're driving and you get upset, your blood pressure immediately goes up. If you are easily upset and don't learn to control the temper, you will get high blood pressure because of always being mad about something, does this make sense? Anyway, this kills people daily, because it puts too much stress on the heart.

Positive stressors? I think that's a oxymoron, don't believe you can have a positive stress. (Just my opinion)What affects can negative and positive stressors have on our cardiovascular fitness?exercise can help relieve stress. maybe moderately healthy stress can make u work out harder with more intensity. your question requires a bit of research to answer more specifically
