Why does Ballys Total Fitness still send me junk mail after I called them to stop sending me mail?

I'm irritated with the amount of junk mail I get from corporations and credit card companies. Especially Bally's Total Fitness. Bally's Total Fitness has set up their system where it is impossible to take yourself off their mailing list.
