HARD WORK! start runnin and bust ur *** on dieting. either that or "How did i eat today?" questions which people try and make it that they eat real well and it turns out they arent eating good at all. exapmle " today i ate a lean pocket, and 8 crackers which was only 150 calories"... cmon really?What are the most common fitness questions ?how can i lose (value x) pounds in (unrealistic) timeframe?
