I am a 14 year old male. Need assistance with nutrition and developing programs to follow with endurance running and fitness. Strength would be a bonus.
It would be also great if the trainer was enthusiastic. aka a fitness freak like me.

Just go to your nearest gym or health supply store. It will probably cost at least 30 pound an hour. a healthy active lifestyle is all anyone needs.......if your that concerned about your fitness and what not go to your gp......if they deem it neccessary they will do the refferin to the appropriate people......also at 14 how ill you pay for it?
